HI!  This is for our current clients who MIGHT want to use us for storage during the summer.  We will pick up from spring housing, store over break, and then return to fall housing.  The deposit represents a commitment to use our laundry service the 2025-2026 year in exchange for the FREE service of storage. If you choose to not use laundry, but use storage $250 is forfeited.  If you choose not to use either, the $250 will be returned in June of 2025.  This rate is $100 off of the current rate of $350 for new clients and any current clients after promotion ends.
